its not the hard i work at five guys 11 is nothing i have eating a 15 patty burger and each patty r 3.5 oz and thats 52.5 oz = 3.28124 lb

OR 3 lb and 4.50 oz

11 is like 2 lb

and with cutting one 50 lb bag of potatoes

in 1.15 sec if some one knows any one who can do it faster let me know same with the pattys....
