In Hardstyle the step is splitted in three but in trance, dance etc. its splitted to 4? I'm not sure correct me if i'm wrong

Hardstyle is definitely 4:4, like almost all electronic music genres.

It might fall to 3:4 sometimes just for the sake of sounding cooler, but try counting to 4 on the beat and you'll always land on a beat. (provided you start on kick 1 and count on the tempo, of course.)
