I like Fallout 3 better than Fallout New Vegas but NV was very close to FO3. But I just like the Lone Wanderer better than The Courier and Amata! BoS! I hope Fallout 4 is a blend bewtween Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas, I like the factions in NV but the perk system was better than NV because you get one every level up.

@746452345457 Making a game different from its predecessors does not, I repeat DOES NOT make it a bad game. You can't call Fallout 3 a BAD game and the originals GOOD games. It just doesn't work like that. Fallout 3 is superior in almost every way. Sure, it is different. But that doesn't make it bad.

And yes, I have played the originals. There is very little freedom in Fallout, Fallout 2, and Tactics. In Fallout 3, nearly every quest has a well-written story behind it and multiple paths.

once you get a high enough level and the rite amount of charisma you can get the animal friend perk. once you get that go to the scrapyard and look around.ur dog will come running to you. if he doesn't show up wait a couple of hours and try again

all you have to do to get Dogmeat is go to the Scrapyyard and find him. he will be fighting up to 4 raiders don't worry he can't die until you become his master by talking to him.

That Chutchz sound when you go into combat was actually the sound of an animated metal door opening up to reveal the "end turn, end combat" buttons in the Fallout 1 and 2 in the bottom right corner of the screen. Oh well, it's still flippin' awesome!

i h8 rpg, despise them and i have tried a lot of them. but this looked interesting so i said i give it a go and instead of renting i went straight for the buy (as i did with oblivion and i traded that 2 or 3 days after for a substantial loss of money, fukin oblivion, ahhhh) but anyway after playing this 4 only 20 hours (35 hours now) it jumped straight to my number 3 all time favourite! next to half life series and MGS series(not sure which is number 1 lol).

F3 is a truley epic game, BUY IT!
