  • i remenber watching the re-runs with my mama when i was little.. it brings back great memories. thank you so much for posting

  • I love to see again this legendary sitcom. Yeah... We can say that Elizabeth Montgomery is a legend. Thanks for uploading

    Iana

  • nevermind I'll find another page.

  • why can I not download this

  • I perfectly agree with Nemle22 about old times when everything was classier and charmer than today. Not to mention the fashion and common sense of people. It is such a good thing to see back these "Deja Vu" television sitcoms.

  • me gustaria con subtitulos en espanol la serie completa y audio en espanol para escuchar las 2 versiones sin descargar un link continuar cada capitulo sin hcer clic como tv

  • el problema que cuando lo paro ya no se escucha y tiene problemas

  • Lol in a few decades everyone in America went from fit to fat. People are becoming lazier - my mom can't even go this corner store which is literally a 30 second walk from my house without driving in a car. People don't pull that "oh it's the fast food industries' fault." Well let me tell you something. If you gluttonous behemoths didn't even go to them they would not exist. I wish people would stop being so lazy. In the future people will look so damn ridiculous I'm scared lol.

  • @TheAceForce Me on the other hand, I exercise a lot and when ever I am outside I always run. One time it was night, pretty dark outside and I was running to the pizza shop nearby and I heard this scream from a girl so loud I was sure that a rape was happening or something lol. So I look behind me and I see this girl - I must have scared her - I kept running, and I was like lol. If I had stopped and let her say something then it would have been extremely awkward. I laughed so hard XD.

  • I didn't know running is so foreign nowadays to people, some look at me like "wtf are you doing son?" Is running something you can only do indoors now on a treadmill? Seriously people what the fuck is your problem with me lol, so next time you see someone jogging outside don't give them this fucking gay ass "wtf" look because it pisses me off and probably pisses them off too. Biking on the other hand get's no heads turned, but at this rate in the future biking outside will become "weird".

  • @TheAceForce get a life u boring loser

  • lmfao, the parts where Darrin keeps winding up in the lobby are hilarious

  • Love It, Thank You! Great Quality..

  • Love This..

  • I wish life was still like this. Defined roles the husband working the wife taking care of the husband house and kids.

  • If I were Samantha, everything that is fake about this lady would be revealed, all @ once.

  • I love the show , I love Elizabeth Montgomery, but the problem I have always had is this.. my goodnesse you found a woman that is so sweet and kind and loving and beautiful...and she is a witch, and you would never have to work again and always enjoy her company and never have to leave for work and be apart???? Yes, I am old fashioned and I wish to spend every minute with my wife...is that wrong? NO, it is paradise!

  • I loooove Bewitched and I love Samantha, she is so adorable and sweet! Darin's ex is drop dead gorgeus too. I love the glamour of these old shows.

  • ( I really like BEWITCHED)

  • I think that is Elizabeth Montgomery's fault that I have always been a nut for blonds.....

Unfortunately today, most of them choose to be sleazes instead of classy like she was.

  • I HATE ads, how do you block them?

  • "For a while there you couldn't tell which witch was which." Hahaha, one of the best lines from television ever!

  • "We got to figure this out, later..."

  • After watching this, the movie makes a LOT more sense and is more funny! XD

  • Lets face it.. what normal guy alive,, wouldn't want to come home to Samantha every night!

  • the writer of this episode, Sol Saks, creator of the series, passed away today Apr 21/2011 at age 100. Thank you Mr Saks for a HUGE TV classic. RIP

  • i love this 60s sitcoms not like todays.. been watching this show since i was 10

  • happy belated birthday liz!!!!

  • These are the shows that are good for people, they show that morals and integrity are of the most important things in life no matter what some one may put in front of you. But with everything in life its up to you what you do with what you see, its hollywood. : ) By the way there are lots of good people out there still,it's just that they are in demand so most of us get taken right away. The rest are just choosing to remain in the idle mode. We all fall short.

  • Well, so far I like Samantha. She's got attitude. The husband is a real cheese ball and very sexist. I know, that's the way men were at that time but that doesn't mean I have to like him. She could do better.

  • @lindsaylou04 aww I don't think he's sexist, I think he's a better husband than many men these days...

  • @eurasianchica In a way, yes I could agree. Men these days aren't much of a prize. However, I think Darrin would only be a good husband, if you were the wife that he wanted you to be-- cook, clean, have babies, no career, no ambitions beyond motherhood. lol I don't fit into any of those categories, so our personalities would clash no matter what :)

  • @lindsaylou04 That comment is more sexist than anything on Bewitched.

  • @Crackle Thanks for posting it here instead of just putting a link. I tried to watch it on Crackle, but your site is not good for dial up. It gives the show easy without sign up, but you can't rewind. On youtube I can wait for my slow connection to load it after a while then play it from the start in whole. Crackle won't go back to the start, so I see it broken up in second long snippets. Thanks for loading many. I never saw the first season. Let me know if Crackle changes and keep loading here.

  • grt presentation of bewitched episodes ...

  • They need to remake all of the old shows like bewitched but no one can replace lizy

  • Nancy Kovak was pretty hot!!! Didnt know she was born and raised in Michigan, and graduated early from U of M...If I was Darrin, I would have stayed with "Sheila Summers" (Nancy Kovak)....

  • Poor Dick York. His back gave out on him and he was dropped from the show. He died virtually penniless in Detroit. Saw an interview of him shortly before he passed away and he was a broken old man in a wheelchair with tubes in his nose because of his enphesima. Too bad he turned out that way.

  • @HerrEllsworth I lost my mom young and my grandpa to emphasema and another cousin has it now. WARNING SMOKERS, it's a slow horrible way to die to be suffocated constantly cuz your lungs fill with fluid and you drown in them. And it happens a LOT MORE OFTEN THAN THE THREAT OF LUNG CANCER!!!! Quitting may suck, but this will be worse. It's sad when anyone dies like that and the medical expenses is probably what made him penniless. I liked Dick York.

  • QUESTION: I remember an episode where Samantha and Endora were standing at the top of the stairs and Endora was being smart to Sam and Sam said to her, Mother, did anyone ever tell you you have a wonderful sense of humor?" Endora says , "yes, quite frequently". Samantha wiped the smile off her face and said , "they were WRONG" and popped out......Does anyone remember which episode this was on?

  • how did TV start with this and than amount to useless site coms ._.

  • @anima569 I like a lot of the sitcoms over the years. Bewitched was a sitcom. While sitcoms imitate life stories, the best have over exaggerations. Bewitched-the wicked witch mother in law and annoying uncle who laughs at stupid things. Only they have powers and that's the twist. Lot's of others have exaggerations & twists. "Tool Time" A family fix it man obsessed & accident prone. "Yes Dear" Like the Odd Couple; There's a neat perfect family & a we don't care slouch family living together.

  • @anima569 ...Married w Children kinda did that too. "The Nanny" like I love Lucy she got into hijinks- exaggerated lower class teaches the stuffier rich how to loosen up. "Family Ties" Hippy parents raise a tomboy, a not too bright daughter and an obsessed republican son. You'd have to watch them to see what I mean, but the exaggerations make for some really funny bits. Even better than Bewitched.

  • Elizabeth was absolutely gorgeous back in the day!! She also was an outstanding actress. RIP Elizabeth and the other cast members that have passed away.

  • I HATE CERMERTIALS

  • I wish I lived back then. Everything seemed so carefree and happy. So Simple :) "THOSE WERE THE DAYS"

  • When I try to wiggle my nose, it doesn't wiggle

  • hey guys so was it her nose or chin that would do the magic thing. its a dispute in our house and i need help w/ this.

    thanks

    jack

  • @245darkstar It was her nose.

  • i missed this show! i couldnt wait to get home from school to watch it!

    I loved Samantha!

  • Elizabeth Montgomery had the same cute/naughty little smile like her father.

  • Bewitched is one of my ALL-TIME faves yet I dont remember this episode.

    Thanks:D

  • @IngridBergmanRocked

    i loved Endora!

Derwood! as she would say! lol

  • @deziremenow143

LOL! I love the episode when "Darrin" was pleading with "Endora" to call him by his correct name. But ya know our girl...she just couldn't do it.

  • Love how endora goes "Oh, *insert name here* REALLY!"

  • My Grandpa has these videos on DVD and I watch them all the time when I get a chance =] But the only ones he has are seasons 1-4. I like Season 2 though because Tabatha is born =]

  • Lets bring clean comedy again to tv!

  • This is the best show i ever watched growing up i wish it was still on its on of my favorite shows

  • @ladytinkerbell08 It's still on! It's on every week day on WGN America at 4/5c

  • @tarc31 well i wont be able to get it im from canada and i dont have satelite only cable

  • One of the reasons why this show had such long lasting appeal (even into the 1970s) is that Samantha was regarded as television's first sex symbol - Samantha was attractive, friendly, loyal to her husband and family and too nice of a person to hurt anyone's feelings - no wonder everyone loved her-

  • This episode was filmed around November of 1963, right around the time of the JFK assassination - Bill Asher and Liz Montgomery were good friends of the Kennedys, so filming this episode was also somewhat awkward as well-

  • fuck youtube commercials

  • klu klucks klan of the kitty slut beyotchh....hehhe

  • ripvanwinkle, that is so sweet, good to hear someone's marriage is lasting

  • 40years ago I would watch her and rub one out.

  • @ripvanwinkle48 nigger

  • I AGREE LOVED CHARMED BUT BEWITCHED WAS FIRST. MY CHARMED FAVORITES WERE PRUE AND PIPER.

  • fuck sheila (in a better way than you think XD)

  • The flipping of the hair was too cute!

  • First season was the best imo. Kind of went south with Tabitha.

  • my mom loved this show n watched it all the time which made me love samantha, she;s so gorgeous

  • Elizabeth Montgomery is so adorable.

  • better than the will ferrell movie

  • @supermariofan03 oh jeeze that was horrible

  • Sam could have at least made Darrin into a heterosexual.

  • @cheeseschrister He was heterosexual at this point while still portrayed by Dick York. The reverse seemed to be true, as Dick Sargent, who was gay, took over the "Darrin" role years later. Though why would SAM do that? Wouldn't it be in her best interests to have a husband that was straight? If anything, it was Endora. Perhaps it was her latest spell to try and break up the marriage: make Darrin gay.

(j/k. All due respect to Dick Sargent. He was a great man, as was York).

  • @arfies lol!

  • I think this is the only time I've seen Darrin smoke?

  • Darrin hates Endora before he even meets her XD

  • Bewitched was to make us forget the war

  • I Love you Forever and Ever elizabeth.. U are amazing RIP Sweetie...

  • Samantha's such a sweet character. I love this show. Samantha rules!

  • Gotta admit...those times were a lot cleaner, smoother, elegant and all around classier.

  • @Nemle22 You are quite right on that. Them times were so much classier and smoother. Not to mention cleaner.

  • @Nemle22 Amen. I completely agree.

  • Back when television was awesome and I would not worry about my little kids watching . Modern TV has 500 channels of pure garbage when I'd rather have three channels of this. Heck, I'd pay premium for quality anyday.

  • @lastmiles Atleast we had Jackie Chan Adventures in the early 2000's those shows were great now we got shows that are just not too good.

  • i love samantha.....thanks for uploading this. been watching for many years

  • I used to watch this on TV land when I was around 10 years old. I still love it after all these years. Im 18 now.

  • @ripvanwinkle48 ...This is one of the best post I've ever seen...(lucky girl)...I wish you 40 more.

  • Thank you for posting this! Fabulous! It would be so nice to have this terrific clothing style and home decorating back in vogue! Elizabeth was so gorgeous. Love it!

  • oh i hate the colorized version--it loses its charm

  • i love how samantha doesnt let anyone push her around

  • Samantha's nightgown isn't very sexy.

    Love the show! =)

  • @DiscoverPlatinum I may be totally wrong but for public television at that time I don't think it was allowed to be

  • HAH try telling a woman what they are expected to do to be a wife these days... ROFL...

  • I loved it when it originally aired and I love it now.

  • Ah, gosh, I wish more kids my age grew up watching shows like this. I really need to thank my parents for getting me to watch things like this.

  • i would much rather prefer bewitched to that crappy show jersey shore any day. they just dont have shows like this anymore and this means alot because i wasnt even around for bewitched and i love this show, i used to watch it on tvland when i was younger.

  • first couple seasons with orig. cast were the best

  • Show is fine, but whats the deal with the gruesome blood filled ad that plays every few minutes. I was trying to show this to my 4 yr old kid.

These ads are disgusting. Thats why you can't watch TV or even ads anymore.

  • @ripvanwinkle48

    That is awesome!!!

  • that's so cute ripvanwinkle48!

  • @ripvanwinkle48 Usually when guys call their wives witches its a bad thing, but this is cute and touching. :) I hope you guys live a long happy life together

  • @zabarr101: if the episodes won't play, my suggestion is to try another web browser. So, if you're using Internet Explorer, try Firefox or Safari. If you're using Firefox, try Internet Explorer. Also try going straight to the crackle.com website and see if they'll play there. Reinstall Flash if necessary. Also check if you have a firewall. If so, try disabling it temporarily and see if that helps.

  • I love Samantha! Not only was she gorgeous, but she always knew how to stick up for herself. Dick York was excellent, but Darrin's character could be irritating at times with the "absolutely no spells" rule. Even Jeannie was allowed to use her magic to cook and clean!

  • my fav show

  • For some reason any video that starts off with a message before the video like any Adult Swim video, or a Crackle video where it says "player powered by" doesn't work for me on youtube. Anyone know a way to fix that?

  • @ripvanwinkle4 thats really sweet

  • @ripvanwinkle48 THATS IS NOT NORMAL lol

  • Filmed in December 1963, and originally telecast in black and white on September 17, 1964. Jose Ferrer is the uncredited opening narrator...

  • @ripvanwinkle48 oh!!! how romantic!!!!!!

  • and a straw, your a witch. Duh.

  • I would love, love to watch these episodes but they will not play for me. Does this have to do with your "gathering information?" I know my computer is protected from items being put into the Registry...and if that be the case, it wouldn't be worth it to watch them anyway.

  • @zabarr101 i dont know anything about you gathering information but you can try typing in the name of the episodes because some people do have the first season in their playlist. its not going to be one whole thing like this though its going to be in the three parts but still good quality. and doesnt cut stuff out like they do on televison. jus trying to be helpful.

  • i love bewitched ill watch the whole season over and over and i never get tired of it=]

  • i love bewittched and i used to watch it when i was six years old!! with my mother!! and still love it!!!

  • Much better than TV Land their opening says Copyright 1966,renewed 1994 CPT Holdings,Inc. when I start my network I wanna use prints that use the original Screen Gems copyright notice then underneath A Sony Pictures Entertainment Company

  • my mom used to love this show...now her daughter does too. its amazing that a college student can discover this show and love it just the same

  • i love this show i used to watch it all the time when i was a little kid but i wasnt even close to being born to when the episodes originally aired but i love it just the same as those who seen them when they first aired

  • My God! I can keep watching this over and over...and I've seen every episode about 25 years ago, and 7 years ago, and now I find myself addicted once again. I'll probably end up watching every episode on YouTube. I loved Bewitched!

  • happy birthday lizzie!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Damn good cororizing! Beleave this was filmed in December of 1963, she looked pretty good for a 30 year old.I seen it on its premere in the fall of 64.Watched every one first run up to the fall of 68.

  • i love his facial expression when she says "let's talk". "WHAT?"" hahaha!

  • I KNOW!!! Epic win.

  • Y cant it be the 1960's. and love the bewitched song

  • Are there issues with the volume

    slider for all Crackle shows?

Why the little "x" next to the slider?

  • Looking back, this tv show is very anti-feminist

  • How so? This show was breaking all kinds of established standards when it first aired.

  • @FlyJupiter what kind of standards? I was just curious... :)

  • @DrWho1127 The show hit on a number of topics that were controversial in the 60's. It was the first show where the married couple actually slept in the same bed. Athamy26 called it "anti-feminist." Quite the opposite, for TV at the time. Here we had a woman who in a manner was superior to her husband; she could conjure up anything that he would otherwise have to work hard for. Elizabeth was a liberal activist and found ways to include her liberalism in the show's script.

  • @FlyJupiter Oh! I see... I was wondering about that when I saw that Abner & Gladys had seperate beds...it was strange, but I didn't think much of it.... thanks for explaining :)

  • @DrWho1127 Now you know why Abner and Gladys never had any kids! LOL

  • @FlyJupiter Lol I know!! :D Aah, silly traditions... that doesn't mean they did that in real life does it? Hah, sorry, 15 yr old child alert... :)

  • @FlyJupiter I just caught a 1957 episode of Ozzie and Harriet that showed them sharing a double bed.

  • @paradiseshow1988 That's news to me; obviously conflicts what I've previously heard. But thank you!

  • @FlyJupiter Yes, it surprised me too. It's from the Tutti-Fruiti ice cream episode, and it's on youtube. It's in part 1 around 7:41 minutes in to the episode.

  • @FlyJupiter Acutally Mary Kay and Johnny was the first show with a couple who shared a bed on their TV show in the late 1940's. Ozzie and Harriet shared a bed in the 1950's, and in the early 1960's the Flintstones also shared a bed.

  • @FlyJupiter That's news to me. I'm just basing my info on what I've heard. But thank you!

  • @athamy26

you have to consider the era really. Also, sam really did what she wanted behind his back :)

  • i wonder why the colored it?

  • @dharma7400 it might have been film in color originally, like the original munsters pilot (it had a slightly different cast)

  • i like both york and sargent[they were both good].

  • Poor Darrin.

  • this is one of the most romantic messages I have ever read!

  • Table lighters. haven't seen one of those in a long time!!

  • It's amazing after 45 yrs since it was first on the air it still endures. That is a true classic. A love story that never goes out of style. This show worked because it stayed within the premise that Samantha can only fall in love with ONE mortal. Thank God it never left that premise. I definitely like this style of witch then the kind that was portrayed in "Charmed". Love Endora, Samantha and the first Darrin.

  • @NFitalianGuy I watch this show all the time I watch the re-runs all the time lol my mom ask me how I can watch the show over and over Endora just gets me laughing. I am 25 I wish that I was around for when they originally first aired.

  • @NFitalianGuy - I agree. I love Bewitched as well. However, if you give "Charmed" a chance it is very good as well.

  • i love bewitched then and still do now

  • haha this show is amazing...too bad that they stopped making shows like this....

  • Wow. Samantha was beautiful. Sheila, in this episode, was hot too. The whole "learn to cook and clean house" bit? Yeah, right. More like, "You mention cooking and cleaning one more time and I'll make your dinky an inch long, buster!"

  • who cares if he was gay he sucked and the show payed for it

  • lol whos gay!!??

  • The second Darren was gay in real life

  • you.

  • I like this episode it was funny Bewitched is my favorite show I love the part when Shelias wig flies iff
