The "decent mouse" that a windows computer comes with is trash, besides, you'll only be getting one of those if you don't build it yourself, I highly recommend building it yourself, cheaper and better.

Macbook Pros are awesome, they run modern warfare, I can get it to run oblivion through darwine, and it'll run Starcraft, and Rise of Nations, which isn't that bad a selection since that's pretty much all I play anyways.
garage band is also pretty damn awesome, and I do a lot of that kind of stuff as well.

the 50 bucks or so is well worth it.
any mouse will work with a mac though, just not the drivers for extra functions of extra buttons and that stuff.
