My weakness is actually sniping long range, I find it really hard to judge when to pull the trigger in long range sniping especially when they are moving everywhere/strafing. I'm actually pretty good at twitch no-scopes.... those are also awesome when you get them. Though they seem to be harder in Reach than Halo 3.
