  • please come to oshkosh wisconsin good job wow!

  • Why are the mikes so high?

  • I can spot a fake Texas accent anywhere. This guy totally has one. Not only is his Texas accent fake, but also his American accent!

  • SPOT ON SON....KEEP ROCKKKKKKKKKKING

  • who's playing Buddy Holly?

  • CLASSIC CLASSIC MOMENT!! Love it!

  • it was at the strand theatre london

  • i went 11 times in 1996-1997

  • @cat3347 where?

  • Wow. This is actually pretty good.

  • Buddy grew up next door to a good friend of mine ... Have always enjoyed his music

  • Christine !!!

  • @MsRomancik Was thinking the same thing!!!

  • i am the biggest fan of buddy holly i watched this 36 time i even counted

  • what year was this made?

  • angus macgregor!

  • It's a nice re-enactment, the guy playing Buddy is pretty convincing in looks and sound. The backup singers were also a nice touch, as The Roses (one of the vocal groups that overdubbed his albums) went on tour with him once. Though the original Crickets didn't go with Buddy on the winter tour. His new bassist also used a normal electric bass, though there's no fun in that.

  • I wasnt born when buddy was alive but my dad allways told me about it and i have been brought up on this sort of music. What a waste of shuch talent not just from him but from ritchie and JP.. I would rather listen to this all day then lady gaga..!

  • LOL i would never let that bass player near my guitar lol he is fucking the bass at one time

  • This is brilliant

  • BACK TO THE FUTURE GUY..

  • they are stiff..like robots

  • The guy is spot on.

  • I had no idea that this had been recorded. I saw this show in 1992 and it's just as good now as it was back then. It is a pity that so many West End shows have come and gone - and there is no recording of them. I'd kill for a chance to get a copy of "Time - the musical" from 1986 with Cliff Richard. I'd bet Dave Clark has some old tapes.

  • i was not born when buddy was alive but i was brought up on it and now i play it to my girls buddy and crickets will never be forget you

  • gone to soon

  • @mollydasiy7 i agree he was so talented

  • Thank you so much for uploading these clips, I have this on video and I'm a massive Buddy Holly fan, plus I'm only 15. I've watched it hundreds of times. Someone uploaded a few clips that lasted a minute or two. Are you going to upload anymore? I love the clip where Angus sings It Doesn't Matter Anymore and Rave On. Thank you so much. If your wondering why I listen to stuff from the 40s, 50s and 60s, because all of todays music, I wouldn't even call it music, I just don't like the music today.
