do herbal remedies like this help people with anxiety or depression when prescribed tablets dont work?? my mums tried so many prescribed tablets and nothing works!!

This is a great product - I use it whenever I have trouble getting to sleep. It really helps to calm my brain so I don't sit up and think all night.
