another excellent drill from this guy. come on u guys! man. tough crowd. u can use a medicine ball to develop strength. he probably confused the drills. if u guys read anything about golf training, u might have deduced the simple mistake.

Yea 7 to 9 pounds "depending on inflation". Of course a basketball with more air is alot heavier then one with less air.What the hell is he talking about?
