  • What kind of dog is that?

  • I would have beaten the shit out of that mut.

  • @Derka33 how would you like it if a higher intelligent being beat the shit out of you. Do all of us a favor and think before opening that shithole of yours.

  • @Deecimal Humans are not of higher intelligence, we kill each other for worshiping the wrong deity. To which we have no evidence even exists. You lose.

    Blocked.

Mmmm, do you hear that ? That's the sigh of relief I made, knowing that I never have to see a message from you again.

  • @Derka33 lol your ability to interpret a simple sentence amuse me.

  • yep i feel your pain, this crap happen to me when i first trusted my dog inside, i came home to a demolished house

  • hahahahaha

    brilliant!!!!!

i love animals........but some do belong outside i think........

    good luck!!!!!!!

  • awwww " you forgot mee!" lol

  • That is one frustrated pooch.

  • Pretty sure I'd so the same if I was stuck in that boring as sh*# room......

  • I'm doing a masters research project on the genetics of separation anxiety in dogs through Sydney University. I would like to use your clip for a postgrad conference I have to give as I think it demonstrates this disorder far better than I could with any words. Hope things have improved for you since this was taken.

  • I have 5 dogs... I think all dogs need some company. If you have to leave them alone, you have to crate them. I know it makes you feel guilty, but it is best for you and them.

  • that dog looks like a human dressed up in a dog costume.

  • Was this issue resolved? If not, please consider hiring a certified professional dog trainer or finding a board certified veterinary behaviorist.

  • my dog does this... but he's way too big for a crate (great pyrenees) any other suggestions???

  • huh...my dog broke the friggin window and jumped out and when I came home he happily bounded up to my car and scared the crap out of me. He seriously HATES door jambs and has eaten all of them. :o( He's a big boy...a staffy, 65 lbs.

    Gonna have to crate him!!

  • shit the dog went mad,

    call the vet

  • @Galacticmaster the vet is not a behavioralist

  • @LittleReiOfSunshine

    it was a joke troll

  • @Galacticmaster excuse me? who do you think you are? I made a valid point, and at no time did I insult you, so why have you attempted to insult me? Go and pick your pathetic fights elsewhere

  • You can leave the radio or the tv on so he feels like someone is there. Another trick I learn was give him a good toy(new) for when u leave that will help occupy his time. When u return take it from him, & give/take that same toy every time. He looks like a chewer so I would suggest no furry toys, just things like "Cuz" b/c they last forever. Plus they are rubber which help clean their teeth. They might cost a little but they r worth it. My weimy got one for his 2nd b-day, he is now 5. (-_-)

  • Ahhhh, I wish I could be with my dog every minute of the day, but I just cant and they dont understand, makes me want to cry :(

  • tryturningthe tv on whe you leave...helps mypoiter

  • That is very bad. I am sure that Dog is stress because the dog is alone. When the dog are stress being alone home so dog might rip things out. Need buying dog's toy or some things giving hobbies. I could see the dog is stress but is not because punishment you so that is just stress to being alone at home.

  • WOW

  • i wouldve beat that mofo's asssssss

  • you need to buy him some toys

  • yes it is seperation anxiety but the destruction isn't vindictive. The dog didn't do it to punish you - that is humanizing the animal. The dog showed by his howling he was trying to locate his pack. The destruction is the manisfistation of his anxiety. That's all. Crate training and exercise will solve this issue.

  • LOLLLLL

  • leave a radio on

  • omg...

  • Yes your dog has separation anxiety but do you know what's the reason he's doing this destruction? It's to punish you for leaving him behind. We had this experience before with a boarder. When we're around, she's a wonderful dog. The moment you leave, she'll destroy everything & anything she can reach plus pee on everything! Why is the dog behaving this way? It all reflects on the owner. Too spoiled, no training, no discipline, not enough socialization, not enough exercise...

  • ...not corrected when the dog does something wrong but instead given praise both for good & bad, not enough interaction & so on. I don't know why your dog is like this but there's got to be a reason. ALL dogs should be independent. My dogs never behave like this. You'll need to work with your dog. Do lots of out of sight stays. Always come back after a few seconds, lots of reward praise. You got to let your dog know, you will come back no matter what! Even if it's few hours later.

  • Find a professional dog behaviorist to help you out with this because I'm telling you, this is not a good behavior. Correct it now before it's too late. Soon he'll be destroying your couch, the TV & everything else. Many pets with SA get thrown in shelters because owners can't take it anymore but they don't realize that part of it is their fault for their dog's behavior.

  • To punish you??? Do you seriously think the dog knows that those blinds are important to his/her owner? The dog has no clue that those blinds are important and therefore how could he/she be intentionally punishing the owner?

  • This looks like separation anxiety. Maybe a veterinarian would have some suggestions?...Or a dog behavioral specialist could have some kind of "therapy" for your dog..

  • I heard when dogs do that it is because they think they are the alpha male. Do you walk yor dog with it in front of you.

  • thats why i use a crate......

  • My dog breaks out of all the crates I've gotten for him - I've had to zip tie the sides and doors but he makes the cage roll around. He also tore up a corner of my mattress - how did you solve the behavior?

  • My dog does the same thing - He practically turned my queen into a twin and I have to use 175lb zip ties. I started crating him at night and day board him at the vet. He's on meds and I exercise him everyday (walks and dog park)....it sucks that I can't trust my dog anymore, but hopefully he'll be happier with a yard.

  • you put the crate in between two large heavy objects (like a drawer and a desk). then he wont roll around in the cage. and get a wire cage, not zip tie cages.

  • God almighty people, dogs need company, when are you gonna get that simple fact? Heck if you were left alone and didn't know how to work the TV remote wouldn't you start wrecking the furniture?

  • Hey...my dog does those things too! Though, hopefully with the medication and behavior modification she's on, not for very much longer!

  • Lots of the time it's because they don't get enough exercise...dogs who get 3 good walks a day and play time with their owners don't do this quite as much...I think this dog needs drugs. My dog suffers from separation anxiety but if he was THAT destructive, I'd probably be forced to give him up. I sometimes use this goo in a tube that has chamomile and tryptophan and molasses. He loves the taste and it calms him down. It's the only way to get him through a thunderstorm or leaving him alone.

  • awesome dog, good luck

  • I had to show my friend this vid and she has named your dog destructo dog WOW

  • what are you doing to help him now that you see he does this? My doberman and I could sure use some advice!!!!

  • what was the your expression when you came back? lol

  • Can anyone say...crate training???????

If started as a pup they will get a sense of security from the cage...this dog is clearly very upset and distraught, what a shame

  • Our dog has destroyed two dog crates and his canine teeth from chewing the crates when he is left. Whe we are home, he plays in the crate and lays in there from time to time. He has been like this since the day we got him as a puppy. Crate training is not always the answer to this type of anxiety. It's a mental disorder and very sad for the owners to know their dog is that stressed to be left behind.

  • Your dog clearly has separation anxiety...which there is treatment for...check with a vet...and a dog shouldnt be left home for 8 to 12 hrs a day...which is a lot of cases...the dog is clearly bored and scared..

  • how then can you go to work?

  • My 20 lbs dog used his teeth to go through 2 crates also, he freaks when I leave

  • separation anxiety is hard and takes a loooong time of behavioral training to alleviate. to avoid a dog acting like this always crate train your puppies.!!!Its not cruel dogs are den animals it comforts them. If you have dogs with these behaviors you should look up how to practice gradual departures and also D.A.P's are amazing for separation anxiety

  • omg my dog is the same exact way what are u doing to help him? cause i so need help in that department..lol

  • oh wow ... my sister's dog is the same way, either my sister or/and her husband has to be home! Maybe get another dog?

  • OMG! Why have a pet to leave it outside? How heartless!

This poor animal is so devoted to it's human companion you can feel it's heart breaking! Beautiful animal I hope you keep working with him to alleviate the anixiety!

  • and thats why animals are best kept outside...

  • Thats what Taurus is for. ;-)
