no. Fritz wasn't truly violent. A drug trip, a little racist, and some stark images of implied sexual content, yes, but FELIX!

There is no American made cartoon anywhere that can adhere to the shear violence of Felix the cat. And yet, Felix the cat is a children's cartoon, that nobody bats an eye at. This cartoon, is barely violent, no sexual content, yet it's labeled as "adult content", therefore, i feel it's a misuse of ratings, unless, if that was it's intention to purposely misuse it..

Very simple. The Dog was past its' "Expiration Date", and needed to renew his card on Oct. 25. Because he didn't renew it immediately, the Cat had the advantage over the dog. the card said, A Cartoon Character that's past it's expiration date on their ID card, like say, Bugs Bunny for an example, is capable of being physically harmed to the point of bleeding, horrible injuries, and even a slow, agonising death.
