well i go to dallas at least once every year for quakecon. and i usually meet up with a friend and go freerunning there. but i live 8 hours south of dallas

i use to be in gymnastics

but mostly i watch videos in slow motion and try and mimic at home. then its easy to improvise when i'm out in the city
