The Verve are mindblowing at moody rock music...check out 'Twilight' from No Come Down album...sometimes I'm looking at the heavens with a tear in my eye whilst listening to them. Just a top band. I'm sure the new album will be superb.

i discovered the verve with urban hymns and later on a northern soul but to me a storm in heaven era is the verve at the peak of their powers.this song is magnificent its like a beautiful hazy dream when i hear it i see electric storms,the grand canyon,rising suns/setting suns,the stars,blue skys,stormy clouds,swelling oceans,space...it just takes me somewhere else its hard to describe how a song can make me feel this way. psychedelic,poetic,mindblowing
