no offense, but not quite so. Those are vacuumed water heating system which in other words the best way of getting the water heated. Unless you can have access to various rare and expensive machines, this cannot be made on your own, this is for about 100 something USD and i personally thinks its worth to buy it, not only to save my effort and time but also to save the world.

It would like to see more videos of the equipment of solar water heating with vacuum pipes! The Brazilian market of solar water heating, is unaware of this system of heating with vacuum pipes. The specialized store of solar water heating do not make use of systems with vacuum pipes.
