Optimism and positive thinking are good places to start if you want to make some changes in your life, for me this led to a belief in God, and I haven't looked back. It's a natural progression, after all do we really believe what we think can actually make things happen unless there is some higher power at work? (Luke Skywalker and Yoda excluded)
