this theory of nibiru colliding with earth has been ridiculed for years
if an asteroid tht big was close enough to navigate towards us by 2012 we would be able to see it from the night sky
OR it would have to be coming at us at 1/4 of the speed of light but anything that ever goes that fast will be torn to molecular dust by the time it even reaches 1/2 of the way here
btw they can get tht big...but thier mass and density would be so great,it would fall apart if it went faster then mach3.
OR it would have to be coming at us at 1/4 of the speed of light but anything that ever goes that fast will be torn to molecular dust by the time it even reaches 1/2 of the way here"
Especially an object that big...................and it would probably fragment into at least hundreds, if not thousands of pieces long before hitting the earth.
Although the truth is, though, it would still be bad news for us.
Yeah well they used to be. In the early solar system some asteroids may have been huge, in fact the early earth may have been hit over 6 times by an asteroid that big but now they have all been destroyed in collisions. In modern astrological classification an object like that would be a dwarf planet.
that"s really imposible ...

hmm..i have looked into it more deeper and yes it actually would break up, but what significance is there of an asteroid hitting the earth

They can be. At least some of them used to be that huge, in the early solar system. How do you think our moon got created?
