  • Well you know what's wrong with the world today

People done gone and put their Bibles away

There livin' by law of the jungle not the law of the land

Well the good book says it, so I know it's the truth

An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth

You'd better watch where you go

    And remember where you've been

That's the way I see it I'm a simple man

  • 1st i see that this wasnt rated 5*'s,why?

That this consistant missuse of energy,in all different forms has some mouth pieces defending their money. The world mind,99.9% knows this has to stop, already the devastating effects will continue, far past the time of our correcting these mistakes.

It must be a world effort our use of energy

transfured into one that will feed us not flood us!The elite who are curseing their future generations also must create and bring fourth the 3rd wave to reality...

  • Whoever propose green energy as the solution to global warming is a fool. 80% of global warming is due to raising live-stocks for food.

  • Ok, I see. If we just stop driving cars, flying airplanes, using spray cans, and burning coal the Earth's sea levels will just remain right where they are? You should look into the lake shore property of Chicago. They've been dealing with this for decades (and there's truly no solution since Lake Michigan is simply expanding). Seriously, what are we supposed to do?

  • Dude you really have to see the presentation again, It says nothing about not driving cars, flying planes or burning coal, here in Sri Lanka it's a case of 'erosion', due to poor urban planing (not having drainage) but as the rising sea-levels are a global issue people assume it must be the same here, but the images of the beach shows you it's a clear case of erosion (water coming from inland)

    dude, think befor you leap

    it applies to all

  • Yeah, I see it now. Their blaming "global warming" instead of their own incompetence. I guess it's hard to find a video out there today that doesn't blame global warming for everything under the sun.

  • super video

Best wishes from a country below sealevel

  • In my opinion to act on something globaly without firm evidence is simply a mistake. I personally build CO2 measuring instruments for around the world, And I can tell you the evidence is not in yet. Thus we shouldn't jump to action. Please remember the long term natural cycles of the sun. We seem to forget that big ball of energy that is the main contributer to life or death.

  • With a hole in the ozone the size of North America, that might change your calculations.

Methane ,one of the worst, obviously millions of tons of carbon (stored energy from the sun)

released yearly wouldnt harm anything..your merit as a scientist is not exeptible. All these factors stopped today will not change this for many years, the sooner we stop, the sooner we moderate.Oh yeah, the"sun"the most dependable source of energy we have, hey, lets use it,been use for missle bases for years.

    Jump!

  • You seem like a very nice person but you need more insight. just because lots of people say something doesn't mean it's true.

the sea levels will rise, they are currently unnaturally low, they will rise another 6 inches at most (in general, not specific to one area) and then will be natural. don't worry about the environment because goats belching and cows farting (i'm serious) each have more of an effect on the environment than every harmful thing humans do.

  • Thanks for sharing your vid with me

  • After reading your side bar, I understand your feelings and points of contention. It is like trying to make headway for the argument to reduced emissions in 1980's & 90's when the SUV craze was in full strength in America. Too much cash was ripe for the taking.

So we do like Gandhi & Douglas: Agitate, agitate, AGITATE@!

  • An excellent video-I will also make an effort to spread the word.

  • Thank you so much, greatly appreciated :)

  • the melodie in the back is perfect...

  • 5 stars

  • I just read about the storm last month ..

from 'SRI LANKA: No Calm After the Storm'

According to the Disaster Management Centre, over 370,000 persons were affected by gale force winds and rains, and more than 50,000 houses were damaged -- 11,000 of them completely destroyed -- in nine districts in the country between Nov. 22 - 30 when Nisha struck. Eleven persons were known to have died.

This is a disaster, so what is the UN doing to assist?

  • Awsome vid., We must all take action against the things that are ruining this world , before we have nothing left of it but the money hungry "boss'" of this land.

  • ps: Is the Sri Lankan Govt not getting any emergency assistance and programme help from the UN ??

This video is of a conversation around the thinking of why Global Warming concept is being urgently pushed.. might help you understand why they are doing it.. like you say your politician's are being made corrupt by it..

  • The world's media in the last 2wks have dropped the 'Global Warming' tag, changing it to 'Climate Change', just to be neutral, as at same time scientists announced 'opps' we are heading to Global Cooling!

So as UN is already on a 'human hurts environment' warpath, they'll stick with a climate theme.

Climate has for millions of years and will forever be 'changing'.

Aware island nations have rising water threat - Maldives, Naru, Tonga .. some are relocating population if retainer walls fail.

  • Done !!! :)

    Thanks

  • With any development, there needs to be regulation at Local Council level...looks like education is required to understand the simple concept of 'drainage'. Why isn't this being taken up with the UN - OCHA or a UN task force? Or maybe your govt needs to consult with private agencies like The Swinden Group.

  • Awesome vid, 5 stars, great way to help bring awareness to the ppl., thanx for sharin' this important message with me and i'll be sharin' this vid with other friends here on YT!=D

  • Thanks for posting your video on our group a World United. I truly hear you. The real solutions to global warming are so monumental a task, that our way of thinking must change 180 degrees. The monetary system and our beliefs in it must be removed and replaced with community stewardship. Believe it or not, the coming economic depression is our chance to change the way people think. It will be up to the collective of average people like you and I to communicate change. The mountain top is in view
