It is not bad for the car at all. The dirt is really fine (small) and washes off easily. However, if the windows are down the inside gets really dirty.

Yeah - El Mirage lake bed is a great place to run your car, bike... anything. You should see it on a weekend!
pretty cool. wish i had a wide open space to open the car up like that.
