JSDF (Japanese Self-Defense Force) uses a lot of weapons of Japanese make, espicially Tanks. They even have some doemestically developed fighter (pretty good for a country constitutionaly prohibited from maintaining armed forces...)

First off, North Korea's missiles are only useful as a terror weapon. They aren't accurate or plentiful enough to really affect a war. North Korea's convential forces are the impressive thing, but that is mostly numbers and dated equipment.
