If you don't have the app running and someone sends you a text will it show a notification automatically that you have a new text like a normal text would or do you have to open the app every time to see if you have any new text?

@xxcupcakezroolxx if you have no wifi then how come your on your computer. your computer needs wifi for internet.

@aisha19645 yes im preety sure it does n if it doesnt u should buy textnow cus it lets me text it in skools wifi so yeah both works for me but i dont kno if it will work for ur skools wifi =D

@gerard0976 no I am pretty sure you wont be charged if you have unlimited texting... But first i would try just sending and receiving a couple of texts and then look at your phone bill.

@got2dance65 Sorry I took so long to reply... but if you have figured out yet....just select the More... button then go to settings and then notifications...they have many different sounds preloaded that you can use

my favorite part about the app which you left out is how textplus is great for group messaging. you can hold a clear conversation with a large group without it getting all spread out.
