@TheBananayogurt The easy way is to type 'soundlist' in console, that'll give you a short list of sounds currently being used in the game. A better way would be to get resource browser addon and browse for them in-game.

You should learn expression gate 2. With exp2 and wirelink you can write a line of text to the screen with one line. It's like this

writeString("Hello", X, Y, Textcolour, Backgroundcolour)

Simple. Then if you wanted something moving like pong you need to draw the ball, remember its last position and clear the ball by drawing over it with blank. In exp1 its alot more complicated, you have to do 1 letter at a time. I've since made a newer faster pong with exp2.

It's better to have your own timing values and to update the ball everytime it moves. There are only about 30x20 pixels on a console screen so there's little point in drawing the same ball in the same position. You simply have your ball moving and then round of the x and y pos of the ball to whole numbers to get 0-30, and when that number has changed, the ball has moved so clear the ball in it's last known position and redraw the ball. Don't use clear screen coz it will flicker.

using interval(100) is a poor way of doing this, firstly interval(100) would be slow and secondly, your screen will flicker as it updates the bats and ball. You can either simply update both bats and the ball or you can optimise this by drawing 1 pixel above the bat, and clearing one at the bottom, that way you're only updating 2 pixels per bat instead of all 4 or 5. You can still do it without that, although it won't be as smooth.

you could try removing the objects infront of the screen, they're for effects but you might have some sort of depth buffer problem.
