The vibrato is going to be there because the french horn has a natural vibrato, as does the clarinet, which one of the things you can do to fix it is to play with more air or do some lip excercises because a common reason for that is how the lips aren't strong enough to handle long periods of buzzing but congratulations, the french horn is an amazing instrument!!
