That is very harsh. If you look at some of the other clips of her speeches here on youtube, she was clearly very intelligent and astute. However, the benefit of hindsight has shown her policies to be incredibly flawed. The burden on the taxpayer would have been far less if she had subsidised heavy industries. Look at Germany or France.
