I remember reading somewhere that Aamer Sohail, the former Pakistani opener, said that reverse swing has probably hurt Pakistani cricket in the long run, and thinking about, I'd agree. Young bowlers in Pakistan seem so obsessed about reverse swing that conventional swing seems like a dying art. Maybe that's why Pakistan hasn't produced high quality and consistent openers for a long time.....

As an Indian i am happy to say Waqar and Wasim were the best bowling pair in the history of the game, imo even more lethal than Ambrose and Walsh cos pace is easier to handle than swing
