Nice! but try to always keep a resistance in your arms by not blocking your elbow at the end of your pull ups. When you are blocking your elbow by going completly down, you are resting and not performing your +, -.
@jhuberdeau1 You either rest your back or your biceps man. These are perfect pullups. If you don't go completely down you aren't using your full range of motion.

o ok, beter watch those deadlifts then ey, ok just wanted to proove to myself that you msut do em since you can do 20 reps, so i can c they actually work, cause i do em alot now
Thanks! No, I ate all christmas and layed on my back (because of my low-back muscle pull) and still I did not add weight..:) The weight will come once I am fully healed.
try doing those with no rest with strict form i bet you wont even be able to get 15

when you do pullups try to shoot for a time limit of 1 minute.

I did 20 reps trap bar deadlift with too much weight. Yes, I do weighted pullups every week. Thanks!
