I started collecting swords a few years ago, and before I knew good from bad quality, I bought this exact same blade off of Ebay. This YouTube channel stole the same description of the product off of the website, complete with the same typos and everything. Let me just say:
This thing is terrible. It isn't carbon steel, it's just terrible quality stainless. The handle is plastic, and the "wing" on the hilt broke right off. Stay away from this sword!
i own this sword and i swung it one time and the cheap shitty rat tail tang broke. the blade ends and a rat tail is welded on right where the blade meets the guard. junky :/
@jonathancollins0 Thats true, but only if it is not stainless steel. Touching other metals results in increased rate of rusting as a result of hand grease and other shit.
Nice sword if it's meant to be displayed only. It would have been awesome if the sword was functional, like say, a real sword... Nice display piece nontheless!
this is a terrible sword if you plan on using it...440 stainless is only good for knives...
you need tempered carbon steel for swords. If you tried cutting a branch with this...it'd bend or snap off at the tang in the handle. I'm not saying this to be critical, i just don't want people buying a sword that's going to break the first time they swing it...
jeez get a real ones cost 80 quid real metal

@jonathancollins0 You can touch a stainless steel blade. The only time you don't touch a sword, is if it's of high carbon steel.
