i always try to relax as much as posible between the hits, so that the next one will be as hard. the relaxation is kind of the most important in popping in my opinion. that's when you get to do the most crazy moves. still practicing. never stop
hehe that's a hard question to answer with words just like that. watch a lot of movies. look for fundamental clips in popping, waving. it's a lot about isolations and being able to use your body in just simple ways as only moving one finger or only your neck. the pops you learn by tightening one muscle as hard as you can as fast as you can. go slowly and learn slowly by moving joing after joint in your body to the music and again watch a lot of movies ;)
heywhat is a good way to practice popping I think I got the general idea down but how would you like make up moves or just practice in general? and are all your motions usually rlaxed outside of the popping or are some of them quick and fast until the next beat?
