yeah. the show is about high school and how everyone thinks they're in love and their relationships will last .. hence "falling in love is such an easy thing to do" and it's upbeat and peppy because it shows their youthful, naive and enthusiastic towards being in love, thinking it's all a bed of roses and fun.
hmm..i guess you're right! i mean, that totally makes sense and all, i just think it's a little TOO peppy and bright for the show, since it's very dramatic. Personally, i'd like the theme to be to "courage is" or "i just want to love you" with clips from the show. That's just me though
