@quicksilver36 No thats not the story. She didn't seduce anybody because she was only a teenager then. The song is about how mad and hurt she is because her boyfriend cheated on her with another girl. Instead of coming to him about it she wrote this song instead but after she was finished her apartment caught on fire and she died but as a ghost she was still angry and hurt. She hypnotized people because she wanted someone to love her and only her.

A few months past and everytime Ember would wait by the phone for him to call because he use to call her house all the time. Later, Ember found out that he cheated on her with her best friend. She was angry so she cut off her hair and was writing music about him in her apartment when it had caught on fire and she died from it.

Winds blow the dead leaves fall" She is talking about it was September in the fall. "To you I did surrender. Two weeks you didnt call." She was saying she really liked him and she waited two weeks for him to call but he never did. Thats when she found out he was with another girl who supposedly was her best friend.
