Yes, but they advertised "opening SPRING 2010" to build up interest.....our family scheduled a vacation in SUMMER 6-6 thru 6-17 to go to it only to later find out it wasnt opening until the 18th of JUNE! This was misleading and cost us 750.00 in non refundable tickets and a weeks non refundable housing in fla! .....next time if you cant deliver on your promises to children, dont promise at all! I guess we'll go to Disney...we know that is open and fun.

I would go, but I don't like fast rides. And from the site, it sounds like Hogwarts is a ride.You tour classrooms,and the castle, and then you get on a ride. Which is a shame, because I love Harry Potter.

The ride is a fast paced extended arm connected to a track so it will not be for you but if you could get past the fear of the ride I'm sure it will have slow moments otherwise theming would be almost pointless i defiantly believe it would be great if you could bypass that fear and ride this 'experience' also remember these parks have plenty of calm rides and there is also hogsmede to enjoy plus the Que for the main ride will too have 'experiences'

Nope, I can't bypass fear of fast paced rides, and I'm terrified of heights as well. I've been to universal studios and I only rode three or four rides. All stayed on the ground and weren't fast.
