Just thought of a nice cheap upgrade to your bar dude.... Ikea sells these LED strip lights called Dioder. You can get them in either white for $30 or a 7 color system for $60 + or -". Would look damn cool to light up the bar area in a different color. Check out my Home Theater gallery on Blu-ray . com , the pics with the tv lit up are those dioder strips.
@4x12 I'll check those out the next time I'm in Ottawa. If you need any low profile LED's look up Turnigy LED's. they are the one's I used to light the storage area's for the bar. You can get them incased in epoxy too for outdoors. Cost's $5 for a 1m strip.
Wow love what you've all accomplished. Great design, fantastic CNC skills, tip my lid to your buddy who did it. I don't need to tell you how lucky you are to have a brother and a girlfriend like you do. You made the dream a reality. Congrats son. Job well done!
@7863348 Thanks for the kind comments Dad. It sure is nice to be enjoying the room instead of working on it but I enjoy looking back on the progress. I'm proud of the work we all put into it.
Dude, you've got yourself one serious kickass room. The bar area looks incredible. I could see myself getting shitfaced down there ;) I almost feel like taking up two rooms in my basement for my next HT build and get a bar going also! Incredible work!!
@4x12 Thanks Joey. I really appreciate the kind comments. Your welcome to come by here anytime and party with me. Thanks again for helping me build a kickass HT. You were very patient wit me and really helped me get the best out of everything. Cheers!

BTW, did you fill up the entire top with a epoxy clear coat?

@4x12 I did. I used Stome Effects clear epoxy. Stuff is just like glass.
