If you're seeing AI Special infected, then clear you system cache on your hard drive and then play the game and click "No, Don't Update" and then play split screen, then when you play you'll only have the 2nd player special infected, no AI's.

I just did it myself and it worked fine.

Almost impossible on 360 with special infected spawning and useless AI. Even if you grabbed adrenalin refills each time you pass by, all it takes is being wounded to slow you down and ruin your chances.

@liquididentity101 I've not tried it since then but the second player only spawned as special infected when I did it, and always did.

They must've patched this up since January, because the special infected still spawn even when you leave the second player idle. But this is still a feasible method, just a bit tougher. There's only two points where you'll be vulnerable if you follow this guy's exact route, which is about as fast and efficient as it gets.

As long as you stick with your AI teammates and keep from getting caught by a special infected during those two instances of overtime, this cheevo is a walk in the park.

As long as you have a can in your hand it will go into overtime

hey everytime i do this it respawns special infected and i cant do it... i leave 1person infected and dont even have it spawn

When i put one into the tank in overtime, it just ends the game...

Make sure its best of three and that you are the survivor first.
