Tomislav, this entire time when you say "my people" you are referring to the Jewish people, the culturally jewish people. Ashkenazi jews are jews from Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Russia, Hungary, Poland. Mizrahi is not "so called arab" since you their are Mizrahis are also the Persians, Bukharians, Berbers, Indians, Pakistani, Kurdish, Georgian, and Ethiopian.

Observation. 18 out of 19 of the world's current armed including this one in Gaza, involves Muslims who fight using kidnapping, torture, and deliberate targeting of civilians.
Criticism about phosphorus is a red herring when the enemy is using suicide bombers to take out civilians and beheadings etc.

The Hamas charter states that it seeks the destruction of Israel. There is no such language in Israeli law.
I can not speak for all of Israel, but my guess is that although Israel wouldn't mind if Hamas fell off a cliff. Israel could tolerate Hamas if it stopped sending over suicide bombers and launching thousands of rockets and missiles.
In short, a recognition by Hamas that Israel has a right to exist.

Hamas has stated several times that it is willing to recognize Israel if it withdraws to the '67 borders. And ... whereas Hamas seeks the destruction of Israel, Israel is taking concrete measures to ensure that a viable Palestinian state is a virtual impossibility. And ... one other thing ... Israel allowed Hamas to be created as a thorn in the side of Fatah. Be careful what you wish for ... you just might get it.

Don't spoil this beautiful campagn with despiteful comments, that will not lead to anything good, and weaken the case of the palestinians. I have never seen a baby that look anything like a pig, and if you want to throw a baby at sea, my duty as a human being is to do anything I can to stop you.

If Hamas truly wanted peace there would be peace. Instead Hamas has stated in its founding charter that it seeks the destruction of Israel.
Hamas soldiers wear civilian clothes. Hamas soldiers use civilian homes, hospitals and even mosques to shelter troops and store weapons. Hams has fired thousands of rockets and mortars at Israeli cities. Hamas refuses to even consider Israel has a right to exist.
The blame for the retaliation belongs to Hamas and Hamas supporters such as you.

Hamas wants Israel dead, and Israel wants Hamas dead. The IRA wants England to vanish, and England wants the IRA to vanish. South Korea wants to take its North counterpart, and the North wants to take its south counterpart I can go on those statements don't make any justification to either side.

The second point is militaristically illusive to me. Do you mean that each civilian home that was bombed by F-16s, and the schools that were burned by white phosphorus, were actually sheltering Hamas soldiers who happened to wear civilian clothes? I find that very hard to believe especially that no Israeli soldiers were present near these buildings to report any shooting coming out of these buildings. It was all done by remote.

Israel is an apartheid state. In fact, Israel was the only nation to OPENLY support the south african white apartheid until the end. That alone speaks for itself. L'et's not forget about Nelson Mandela's comments on Israel's attitude toward the oppressed people of Palestine, calling it "Worse than the treatment of the blacks under the (south african) apartheid."
