@yellowmango117 They're Scotty flush mount rod holders. We also use the Scotty Rod Master II a lot. Hope that helps.

@yankees7damian Without a power boat for support, you have to stay within easy reach of shore in case the weather turns nasty. It also depends on how good of a paddler you are.
