@akr0ne By the way I love to make cakes but when It comes to Icing I just cant find the right recipe because I've tried about a hundred recipes but all of them are not to the consistency that I require. They are all too sloppy and you cant pipe properly with them because if i try to make a pattern with a star nozzle ten secs later its just a blob. Can you give me a recipe that would help me please.
