@sazubri my answer to you for that is you should find out what is the ijtahad of all fiqh of islam is about hadith mubarik and you should study the history of islam then only inshah allah you will get the divine revelation too . i could give you many examples where quran does not conclude the whole argument . to understand quran you have to study prophets saying .Remmber Allah swt says this prophet do not say anything then what i want him to say .i do not have any personel thing with you ?

The Hadith quoted is pretty weak. Why would the Prophet put Ali as the leader and not allow the ummah a chance to honestly try for the leadership. This doesn't make any sense. He had no right to do that.
The verse of Surah Najm you quoted above is for the Quran and not for anything else. The entire Quran is known as "Qol-e-Rasool" meaning that it was revealed to the Prophet (pbuh) and he uttered each word as it was revealed to him. Now it is upto you to believe in the words of Allah or words of some persian imams.
Who had no right? If you are talking about prophet than you are commiting shirk. Who are you to decide what right to give prophet and what not. If you dont agree with the hadith that a different thing, but saying prophet had no right is a shirk.

The Shia will bring up Hadith such as the one in which the Prophet calls `Ali his Mawla (protecting friend) but then they should also look for similar Hadith about other Sahabah. For example, the Prophet said to `Umar: If there were to be a prophet after me it would be `Umar ibn al-Khatab. And to take it one step further, you will not find a Sunni who tries to use this Hadith about `Umar to prove `Umars superiority to Abu Bakr.
If the Prophet called Ali his Mawla, then this does not put Ali over Abu Bakr, because the Prophet gave many honors to Abu Bakr that he did not give to Ali. Each of the four Rightly Guided Caliphs (and many of the other Sahabah including the Prophets wives and daughters) were given great titles of respect and to isolate one of them without looking at the entire context is not appropriate.

Such nonsense! Self-deception won't do you any good. Dr Tahirul Qadri is a staunch Sunni and regards hadrat Umar ibn al-Khattab to have been an upright and pious Sahabi.
