oh my god this video resonated with me SO MUCH. Honestly the only reason I had gained as much weight as I had before I started losing weight is because i only lived in crazy EXTREMES. The only way I ever got back on track was moving/going home (basically waiting it out)....but your ideas sound a lot better and easier
I've been having one of those weeks, too. I killed the beginning of the week with lots of exercise and then petered off near the end. But I can say that I had enough energy to lace my running shoes and drive to the gym, even though I couldn't do my usual 25 minutes straight.
If i had a car i would drive to the gym all the time! I have to have EXTRA energy because i have to take my bike! Even in pouring rain at 32 degrees, like today.
Good job on the run, i hate running so thats not an option for me. I wish i liked it. Haha. But i just cant do it.
Yes balance is the key in everything, EVERYTHING. Im getting better at going crazy with unhealthy foods and only eating it in moderation, and if i REALLY, TRUELY want it. Not just because its there. I've found that i have to sneak it in even if i go over my cals a bit for the day, it prevents binges. :)
btw someone keeps thumbing down all these comments, how annoying.

I do these to do lists too and they get me going for sure! Checking off items all day may as well give me a sweet buzz! LOL

I got lost on a run yesterday and ended up running 6 miles!!! ACK!!! I'm proud of myself but also very very tired today :-)
