If you use a good synthetic engine oil you will find the cold starting performance of your car much easier and engine wear will be greatly reduced. My channel has many video's for you on synthetic oils. Enjoy. :)

i think the fittings are from a Audi A6 C4. My father has one and the *piep* sound is the same. you should not start so long for one time, it´s better for the starter if you start three seconds, glowing, start, glowing and then the engine runs. just a tip ;-)
No . On a diesel you need to stay on the starter untill the engine starts , otherwise you will lose the heat you nuild up and the engine will be even harder to start . It`s much better to keep on cranking it .
the amp hour rating reall doesn't matter when it comes to cranking it's the CCA at 0degreesF that matter. As for the cranking speed slowing down. At that temperature a battery losses more than 50% of it's full capability.

Kommt sehr gut, die Maschiene bei derart kalten Temparaturen und mit leuchtender Öldruckkontrolleuchte so hochzujagen.

Did you notice the low oil pressure warning light blinking after a few seconds of cranking?

Did you glow the plugs or just start cranking? I would have expected it to fire sooner.

glow like 5~10 sec before I filmed

Sounds like your battery starts to get weaker and weaker while cranking, you can hear it slowing down. =)

battery wasn't too perfect because it's a 45 Ah which should be 70+Ah
