  • It's just difficult to maintain control of the wrists when you don't have sleeves to grab. You can shoot the triangle over the bicep and break him down the same way as I show here, but your opponent will have more opportunities to free his trapped arm since you can't secure it as tightly. You can still make it work, but you will need to squeeze VERY tightly with your legs and probably move faster for the finish before he has a lot of time to think about countering.

  • Very nice. This ones a keeper that I can add to my game right away. I can see this one being setup when they they try to pass your guard.
