(Even though Sheik is really Zelda, i stand firm in the belief that Sheik is a male; herein, Zelda was taught to transform into a man by her Dyke-y looking guardian lady sheikah before they escaped the castle.)

I think Peach just finds it funny because she knows who's underneath that disguise.

I believe that Zelda, when Sheik was first introduced in the actual series, had to keep that form a secret from almost everyone. After all, once she revealed herself to Link, Ganondorf held her hostage.

Though I do wonder... since when did they have a ponytail, anyway? I always thought that it was all kept back. :/

well in brawl they are using twilight princess character models and quite unfortunately so shiek wasent in TP so they had to make a updated character model and also make it more fitting to TP style and altho very lil changes happen there are there like the ponytail
