  • heyy ese ritmo es bossa novaa solamentee lo k hace con la mano izquierda es rumba clavee!

  • this isn't impressif ... :o

  • bossa nova maybe?

  • Cla-vey? OMG is this going to be a McCafe commercial?

  • Yeah, that's how it is pronounced. Clave is a Spanish word that stands for the word "key" in English. So as it is not an English word, it is pronounced as he says in the beginning...

  • thats bo diddlys beat!

  • @Bhakz1 ... good call , you are quite correct . It is the Bo Diddley beat ... but Bo got it from New Orleans .. and New Orleans got it from the African and Caribbean musicians / slaves .. one more thing , it is only the Bo Diddley beat if the clave is being played 3/2

  • the 2 claves that u are doing is the same clave by u staring the clave 2/3 clave with the first 2 notes on the 1st bar dont make it the 2/3 clave that sownd the same as the 3 / 2 . the 2/3 clave is guaguanco not son the 3/2 is the sun clave the one u are doing. u are not doing the guaguanco. if u want to lern send me a e mail or i will make a video and how to play the guaguanco the son the jambo ext.

  • this is true. the guaguanco clave is played differently to the son clave. playing the son clave with sixteenths sounds really effective.

  • If you could post a video of what you're talking about that would be great :-) I love these Latin beats and am eager to learn more
