No, I wasn't trolling. Daigo was making many mistakes that I've rarely seen him make in 1 round. If that was Daigo, his performance was not typical and I wouldn't celebrate too much. Sorry if I sound like I've stolen your trophy win, but I'm calling it as I see it. No offence intended. (I wish I had a trophy win on you tube though :P)
@phar4oh He just got outplayed. It may seem like Daigo's a god when he plays US people, because he's better. But he's not the best in Japan, and when he gets outplayed it looks like hes making mistakes. Its not his execution, hes getting outsmarted.
@phar4oh You make more mistakes when you're getting outplayed. Having control of a much kind of relaxes you and you get in your groove where you dont mess up. Knowing your opponent is outskilling you tends to make you mess up yourself.

You guys who are acting as Fanboys, cut it out. It's really annoying. DAIGO IS BEATABLE. No man is unstoppable at a game. Just because you know him as the beast who made an amazing comeback at EVO doesn't make him unbeatable. No one, sane person watches an EVO Match to see someone play, they watch to see the match up. The M.Bison was incredible, GREAT Pressure pressed down on Daigo, no wonder he had serious trouble. Daigo clearly had trouble with this fight, but was still unable to pull it off.

Man I wish people still played Bison. The fact no one does use him besides one good player that I am aware of is the only reason I force my self to stick with him in my local ranbats.
there are a few reasons why that happens...the strength of an ultra depends on how full the revenge gauge is, damage increases at a decreasing rate depending on how many hits in a combo has occured, the distance between the characters when the ultra starts...and damage of ultras are random by short amounts...in the first match inoue's revenge gauge was full.
daigo was very bad at sf4 when the game has just released. Capcom have made a show with the well known sf players to advertise sf4 better before the release of the game. So it can be Daigo in the early release of game.
This is a decent ryu, but by no means can that be daigo. Daigo never misses a SRK into ultra and he uses the medium kick heavy hadouken cancel way more than this ryu does.
this doesn't even look like daigo. he never just jumps around randomly like that. he zones with his hadouken and punishes. unless this is just him not giving a shit i don't actually believe it's him.
I actually LOVE this video - it shows Daigo playing before improving his execution skills to insanity level and before developing a strategy for Bison. This should be encouraging for anyone. Everybody starts somewhere and has room to improve. KILLER play be Inoue, FWIW

Game is based on ryu, if you played him you'll know it is well balanced, just because sagat is on top of the tier list dosen't mean he's the best lol thats just dumb haha, and ppl referr to characters as being cheap is the moves they have like a zeif spin attack that owns every move in the game or dhalsim back HK which beats almost any air attack, and some character has better frame advantage than others *cough* (Sagat) ... just learn how to counter it no char is really cheap.
and y do ppl bring up tier list, game is well balanced, ryu is tough, but his UC damage sucks compared to most char, understanding its really easy to hit his UC. Vega head ex head stomp is really affective and do a shit load of damage.
This game is not well balanced. Tier lists give a vague generalization of who is good, and who is not. Do you know why you don't see professional Dan or Vega(Claw) players on SF4? Because they're simply the worst characters in the game. The same thing can be applied to other low ranking characters. Street Fighter 4 feels half done. I hope SSF4 is better.
Dan is a joke character. He was intentionally made to suck. Using Dan as evidence that SFIV isn't balanced is retarded.
And there are professional Vega players. A Vega/Ryu team made it to SBO, Vega's name was Makoto and he beat both Ojisan Boy (Sagat) and his Akuma partner in the first round.
So just because Vega made it to SBO, and beat Ojisan and Tokido you think that means that Vega is a balanced character... Good logic bro!
Do you even play SFIV? Seriously. Anyone who has even touched the game for a day will quickly realize that some characters are better than others. The only reason why that Vega did a good job, was because he is a much better player than those two.
You obviously have no idea what a balanced game is. SFIV is not balanced.
Compared to previous SFs SFIV is amazingly well balanced then agian Capcom said they felt the game was balanced till we (the players) got it and did things no one expected but on the surface the game is fairly balanced. The only truly balanced games are Checkers and Chess.

Consider that you haven't seen many Daigo matches, if any, against Bison. I main Bison, and beating him with Ryu is different than most matches because Bison is a unique character.

Yes, Daigo got outplayed. Daigo is not invincible. However; Daigo rarely makes 1 of the following mistakes let alone all of them.
0:36 - FADC>Missed Ultra
0:45 - Didn't connect DP in combo
2:20 - Didn't block obvious x-up (Even Inoue thought Daigo would block it because Inoue didn't try to combo after it)
2:27 - Gets hit again by the same x-up
3:43 - Walks straight into a jump attack
4:13 - Tries to FADC>Ultra....with no Ultra O_o

I agree. The game hit arcades in Summer of 2008. Compare to the Daigo of 2010, early 2009 even, everything he does is top tier and advanced.

why the ultra combo tkae some time big life like in the first match and sometime it take so low damage like de first round of second match ?

there are a few reasons why that happens...the strength of an ultra depends on how full the revenge gauge is, damage increases at a decreasing rate depending on how many hits in a combo has occured, the distance between the characters when the ultra starts...and damage of ultras are random by short amounts...in the first match inoue's revenge gauge was full.

daigo was very bad at sf4 when the game has just released. Capcom have made a show with the well known sf players to advertise sf4 better before the release of the game. So it can be Daigo in the early release of game.

This is a decent ryu, but by no means can that be daigo. Daigo never misses a SRK into ultra and he uses the medium kick heavy hadouken cancel way more than this ryu does.

Actually daigo does miss that ultra on a very rare occasion.
As an example like last time him a wong played, Wong played as Fei-long, Daigo completely chocked on the Fadc

I actually LOVE this video - it shows Daigo playing before improving his execution skills to insanity level and before developing a strategy for Bison. This should be encouraging for anyone. Everybody starts somewhere and has room to improve. KILLER play be Inoue, FWIW

Yes i do this is a VERY old video.I remember see him try it out the week it came out and he couldnt really get the hang of FADC, he could do it but his dash was a lil stuned cuz after his FA, he wont DC for another moment @.@
But this is Daigo, has his play style just...Slower
Its much more enjoyable to watch Daigo play agasint Momochi or Shiro @.@ cause he loses

Game is based on ryu, if you played him you'll know it is well balanced, just because sagat is on top of the tier list dosen't mean he's the best lol thats just dumb haha, and ppl referr to characters as being cheap is the moves they have like a zeif spin attack that owns every move in the game or dhalsim back HK which beats almost any air attack, and some character has better frame advantage than others *cough* (Sagat) ... just learn how to counter it no char is really cheap.

and y do ppl bring up tier list, game is well balanced, ryu is tough, but his UC damage sucks compared to most char, understanding its really easy to hit his UC. Vega head ex head stomp is really affective and do a shit load of damage.

This game is not well balanced. Tier lists give a vague generalization of who is good, and who is not. Do you know why you don't see professional Dan or Vega(Claw) players on SF4? Because they're simply the worst characters in the game. The same thing can be applied to other low ranking characters. Street Fighter 4 feels half done. I hope SSF4 is better.

And there are professional Vega players. A Vega/Ryu team made it to SBO, Vega's name was Makoto and he beat both Ojisan Boy (Sagat) and his Akuma partner in the first round.

Do you even play SFIV? Seriously. Anyone who has even touched the game for a day will quickly realize that some characters are better than others. The only reason why that Vega did a good job, was because he is a much better player than those two.
You obviously have no idea what a balanced game is. SFIV is not balanced.

Compared to previous SFs SFIV is amazingly well balanced then agian Capcom said they felt the game was balanced till we (the players) got it and did things no one expected but on the surface the game is fairly balanced. The only truly balanced games are Checkers and Chess.

Daigo got over 300.000 BP and he has 48000 in that video. He is very better today and would crush Inoue.

Consider that you haven't seen many Daigo matches, if any, against Bison. I main Bison, and beating him with Ryu is different than most matches because Bison is a unique character.
