great info, belly fat is a killer just one instance in my probablem I have lost 24 lbs with-in one month, thru change of diet & EXCERSISE,,, my colesterol was 280 I got it down to 200 !!!!!! I walk w/out getting out of breath now, I'm not finished still have a ways to go / must have patients also..you have to realize it is a (life time) committment ...keep informed, listen to your body..I wish all best of health & happiness ;)
