why a WW2 game? modern sniping is allot more fun. old rifles were good at 800m, newer weapons kill at 1500m, and you have armor piecing rounds, wall burst rounds. i know that the first sniper elite was WW2, but this title would do well if it conformed to the current standards.

they added a shit ton of cool stuff in this, one thing i like, hand to hand kills. reason: saves silenced pistol rounds. one thing i dislike: when the game will highlight the explosives on the map or on a tank, that just takes away the realism and that proud feeling of finding something that you can use to your advantage on your own.

What is the point of making a Sniper game if the first words you say are "we don't want people just camping over their targets?" That is so stupid I cant believe it, "we are making a new Rally game but we dont want people just sitting behind the wheel."

They need 2 learn and understand what a Sniper does then make a game as realistic as possible around it to blow the opposition away, not choose something ppl like then stick a gimic killing system in it and expect a hit- bound 4 disaster...

The only things I will dislike about this game will probably be the story in the sense that it is centered around some "special agent" type character who does impossible things (much like many games). Also, he will probably be an American/ English guy, as appose to a Russian or German (which for Berlin 1945/46 would make sense) Why not have a game like this with you're average German/Russian sniper?

Since there is difference in range during scoping why not bullet trajectory? If there are cool kill cams then there should be realistic bullet trajectory, the bullet does not fly that straight like on the kill cam animations.
