  • question for me, is olive oil ruined by cooking food in it? question? is it a good idea or healthy to fry food in butter or ghee. these are for when i have achived my ideal weight and need massive caloric intake with non-stop rowing for hours at a time.

  • omega 6 arent bad for u...in the right amounts...cla will actually help u metabolize fat....how ever the concept of paleo is fresh free range not packaged frozen fish lol...fail

  • @Mattandhisdroid With major stocks of food fishes already pushed to the point of collapse, there's not really much of choice, is there?

  • @NorthFork Fisherman if any fish species stock numbers collapse its historically self healing. you cant make money fishing what you cant find. then, that species always recovers. the ocean is mankind's lifeboat. let me explain. when and if money becomes worthless it will be only the ocean that saves mankind from extension. true our numbers will fall from 7billion to thousands but we will not go extinct due to this lifeboat.

  • @datzfast Wishful thinking, my dear. I'd say tell it to the passenger pigeon, blue pike, or the Michigan grayling but that might be a bit difficult, neh? The oceans, however vast, are not endless. And we ignore that fact at our peril. Life will go on, just without humans as part of it.

  • @Mattandhisdroid scientifically a frozen fish nutrient value is identical to fresh. thats just the way it is baby. you can argue with the science but what can you back it up with? religion? texture is not the argument here is it?

  • Use only saturated fats (coconut for example) to cook. When you use unsaturated fats (the rest of vegetable oils) for cooking, the molecules oxidize and turn into other compounds that are unhealthy. Saturated fats are stable, and coconut oil is one of the best options for cooking.

  • To Bad Tilipia is Loaded with Omega 6 fatty acids which are bad for you!.......but id try this with salmon!

  • yummmmmyyyy

  • why not use olive oil, taste so much better.

  • yummy YOU ROCK..

  • Um that look yummy!

  • @NikitaWill It was a quick, easy, and tasty recipe, one that I will prepare again... Although I've never particularly liked the taste of avocado, I still eat it anyway.. its good for me..

  • @PaleoDietRecipes i love avocado but if i didnt i wouldnt eat it no matter how good. eat to enjoy your paleo foods. that way you will stay paleo for life.
