India is still running on British law,I think their politicians have no time for their own country and citizens,they are pretty busy in process of robbing this country.everything seems in so old format still in India even there government couldn't' change the police dress,still khaki is everywhere, even you are police officer or sweeper or gate keeper or a taxi driver.
The Model Rent Control Act 1995 prepared by Housing Ministry has a clause wherin any tenant can be replaced after stayng for 5 years in one house. Only 3 States, viz Karnataka, Rajasthan and possibly AP have modified their Rent Control Act somewhat. Shame on Delhi and its politicians.
Apartment rent used to be ½ what it is now combined with the cost of living which has doubled in the last ten years makes it hard for a single income family to survive compared to now in 1970 the Average Monthly Rent was $140.00 now it is 1000 + and that is just a 30 year jump what happened to the dollar let me tell you the federal reserve note is fake money printed with Indian blood!
You may like the story in the bible that talks about how Jesus gave a parable of a vineyard that the owner put some tenants there to keep the place up. Then they wanted to kill the owner's servants and even his own son so they could have the place themselves. It's found in bible at these locations:
Tenants should be okay if they are paying their upkeep and the owner keeps to what they agree to, but a lot of people want what they do not own, stealing.
i know plenty of families who have lost their properties to tenants thats so fuckiing ridiculous fucking stupid ass shit, i duno y india has so mnay stupid laws.. including the stupid law for chamars and chooray and reservatioins.. india is PATHETIC!! fuckin GARBAGE country!!!

PPL don't feel ashamed at all. They think that if they are old tenants,they have some ownership right on the premises they took on rent.Hell with such society.
