if you want a good set of pups, get some bareknuckles. i used to have a screamin demon bridge pup in a les paul, and it sounded kinda crappy, like it was made for annoyingly sterile shred music. get a set of bareknuckle nailbombs, or better yet a nailbomb bridge and a warpig neck. their pickups are a bit expensive, but the tone is so worth it

that's one of the main things they're designed to do. personally, i say if you want a good sounding set of noisy pickups, go for duncan alternative 8s, invaders, or a set of bareknuckle nailbombs

i just used a cheap ass one i got out of an old Dearmond guitar. it might not be that bad cause when DeArmond was still around they made some decent stuff. but yeah im planning on putting a seymour duncan invader in it, doyle uses the same pickup
