Thanks for stopping by Firefoxicegirl - The plan was that you're supposed to download an MP3 and then meet at the Park with a balloon and an umbrella. You start playing the MP3 at exactly 2PM and follow along with what it tells you to do. In theory there would be a whole lot of OTHER people in the park and be surprised about what's going on because they're not in on the joke...unfortunately it rained that day : -(
why did they have the MP3's? you might know because you did it :P
