  • Ok great thanks so much for the super fast reply :)

  • Do you think this would work for medium/ dark skin? I'm an NC42 and I want to try it but I wonder if it will look bad.

  • @MzMimiC my friend has probably around nw35 and it was undetectable on her, so I'd say as long as you don't over apply it should be good! xox

  • Hi, I'm wondering if this passes the white cast photo test or if it does what mufe hd does?

  • @artsycupcake i have that info on my blog. I put the link in my desc. bar! xox hugs!

  • Enjoyed your review, Gina! Very thorough and the photos on your blog are great. Nice job!

  • @go24jeffgordon thanks so much!! ;cD xoxo

  • Have you tried the Ben Nye setting powder? I know this one is HD, but I am trying to decide what to buy for a setting powder. You had mentioned the Palladio, so I was going to give that a go since it's so cheap. But I really only what to buy one, what would you recommend?

  • HI Ginabinawina99 I wanted to ask you what is a good moisturizer? I have dry skin too and foundation looks awful when I don't use moistuerizer. Right now I'm using Ponds moisturizer for extremly dry skin Can you suggest something ? Thank you

  • your face is like a horse

  • I have been using ELF HD powder. but I will give this one a try out. I know you have dry skin like me, so I'll try it for sure. xoxo :) Carla

  • How is this product different from TOO FACED Primed and Poreless powder available at Sephora?

  • WOW your makeup looks amazing can you please do a tutorial on this look- i love the eyeshadow/blush/lips!!

    you are soooo pretty!!!

    I just love your videos.

  • I so need to go that asap:)

  • Do you think the Bye Bye Pores would be good for really oily skin? I love your videos by the way, they are quick and to the point.

  • Hi , does it have a photo problem like Make up for ever does? Thanks;)

  • thanks!! just placed my order with qvc.

  • Wow - fabulous info! I might have to give this product a try. Thanks!

  • Hi Gina :) I know you have dry skin, but do you know anything about how it would work on those with oily skin? If it would help control oil? Thank you for this review! It looks amazing :)

  • i am totally loving your makeup lately! you are stunning!

  • Gina, I know that you have dry skin. I also have very dry skin, and I don't wear setting powder because it sucks the little moisture that I have from my face. Why would you wear setting powder when you have dry skin?

Thanks for your recommendations! They never fail!

  • @1marielvis Hey! yes, I definitely have dry skin and I do wear powder. I wear it for the longevity of my foundation.. Having dry skin (atleast on me) doesn't prevent the foundation from fading or eroding, or even rubbing off, so I like to powder JUST the center of the face as well as under the eyes. I'm not slathering it all over my face, just around the nose where there are pores, around the mouth lightly, and just between the brows. Everything else used is cream and my cheeks are left dewy

  • @1marielvis powdering while moisturizing and highlighting most of the face gives a more natural radiance vs. trying to make the whole face shine. The bonus of this hd powder is it not only sets, but it blurs fine lines and pores. xox

  • Hi Gina, do you (or anyone else) know how this stuff would work on black skin? It seems it does leave a white-ish caste. Or I'm I just imagining that? xxx

  • Bloomin brilliant as always Gina. I have given up on HD powder, and powder in general in fact. I have the MUFE and never use it. Mmmm. Tempting. Isn't Sandy a doll!? Do you use this all over your face or just where you apply concealer?

  • could you do a video on how to blend and apply eye concealer if you have dry skin in your eye area

  • OMG! I'm SO glad to see this video. I saw IT Cosmetics on QVC, I think and I was so tempted to try it, but I hadn't heard anything about this brand, so I passed it up. Also, how does it compare to Well Rested?

  • you loved your BE Mineral veil. how does bye bye pores compare? i know Bye bye is HD. do u like it better than Mineral veil? i felt Mineral Veil was too sparkly for me. does Bye Bye has sparkle?

    tx xo

  • @BellaSparkles1 ahh!! great questions!! I do enjoy the hydrating mineral veil, but it doesn't reduce pore size even close to the degree the bye bye pores does. The bye bye pores is brightening because of the color, but the finish is pretty close to matte.. not dry matte, but definitely no shimmer.

  • @ginabinawina99 thanks girl. maybe ill convince myself that i need to try another powder. i like LM transparent powder better than MUFE, still not too impressed. off topic are u going to do video on research u did on skin tones/color wheel? i know its wrong of me but i like cool foundations. yellow foundations just make me look jaundiced . *me=light transparent yellowish dry skin* would love that video on skin tones and color wheel. i still dont get it. warm make me look more orange. eek.

  • the sound quality in this video was great!

  • @shanzy508 omg!! you have NO idea how happy I am to hear this!! I JUST bought a $50 Samson microphone to boost the video's sound quality.

  • @shanzy508 well, it was originally $90, but I love me a sale! ;cD

  • Will you now do an updated review of the concealer? I've heard it's awesome, but I trust your opinion and would like to know what you think. Will it cover very dark circles?

  • @aubriendo I sure will. I'm going to wear it a few more times before I re-review it, but I can say it's a huge improvement. It doesn't seem quite as greasy and the exfoliant is gone, whcih were my main concerns. The coverage is very very good. If it helps, I wore it in my paste three videos. xox!

  • Love love love your makeup!! Your lips look amazing what color are you wearing?

  • Just out of curiosity, can you kindly test the NYC translucent powder? could it be an alternative/dupe to any high end brands specially for under eyes? Thanks

  • I WAS WONDERING HOW CAN I GET A SAMPLE TOO OF THE HD CAUSE I HAVE BEEN BUYING STUFF ONLINE N GET DISAPPOINTED BUT I REALLY WANT TO TRY IT CAUSE I HAVE ENLARGE PORES AND BE LOOKING HIGH N LOW.. THANKS.

  • Ive been using both the ByeBye concealer and powder from iT cosmetics for a little under a year and I am in loveee with them! :)

Both wonderful products, and have been in so many of my faves videos! :)

glad you are enjoying them more now too!

    xoxo Wendy

  • u cant even see Brad in the video. or at least i cant

  • @VegasGirl18 ohh!! haha he was messaging me on skype.. he always is chiming in when i'm doing a video. I'm not sure if the little beep from the message picked up on the mic or not.

  • @ginabinawina99 oh ok u guys are funny!!!!

  • Gina- You're the best at reviews. I give you the award for #1 hands down! :)

    thumbs up if you agree

  • Hi Gina,

Thanks for the great review and demo. Would you use the IT powder all over your face or just over concealer under the eye?

    <3 Elle

  • sounds intriguing however the price per ounce is almost double MUFE and Laura mercier which are well established high end companies. (bye bye pores is $160/oz and mufe and LM are both $85/oz). in fact it is priced higher than nars, georgio armani, ysl, and la prarie for god's sake! they need to rethink their pricing if they want to be competitive.

  • @aalamode that's interesting!! I do know the concealer has quite a lot of product in it. I'm wondering about volume, though. The bye bye pores is much more voluminous and light in weight, so it does fill a good sized jar. Either way, the point you brought up is a very valid one!

  • @aalamode the question is, are both companies going oz by weight or oz by volume.. must investigate as it makes a huge difference.

  • what's your favorite brush to apply these types of powders with?

  • So I read your blog.. is you conclusion the LM over the IT cosmetics bye bye pores? Just wanting to make sure :)

  • @gmillhouse oh no!! this was before the IT cosmetics. LM is my favorite. I just wanted to quickly upload photos with flash for people wondering. I need to edit the rest. #1 is iT' bye bye #2 is LM

  • @ginabinawina99 Oh ok.. sorry :) Thanks for the response.. I'm going to check out the iT bye bye then.. I also have the sample of LM powder... which I do like.. but the iT does look a litle more promising! Your makeup looks beautiful... may I ask what foundation ur using in this video? Not that I can tell you have any on.. I'm just guessing you do!

  • @ginabinawina99 oops i meant iT is my favorite! LM is my second.. that was confusing. that's what I get for typing in a hurry.

  • Love all these experiment/comparison videos!! If I actually wore powder I'd probably order this right now!! Fantastic vid as always mama!! xo

  • love your videos so much, always so informative!! p.s. I'm loving the pale skin

  • i need to get this powder-- what ever you do DO NOT EVEN TRY the cover fx powder! -we do need to see how this photographs- hugs shelly

  • I have used Bye Bye Undereye and Bye Bye Pores for about 6 months now and love it too. Another great thing about these products is they last forever!!! In Canada I buy it from The Shopping Channel.

  • Loved the consistency but found it a bit too yellow for me. I think I may have applied too much. Going to try it again. :D

  • confused is it just for the under eye ??? i didnt understand ??

  • @jersey815 Hi. They are two different products. Bye Bye Under Eye is a concealer and Bye Bye Pores is the HD Powder. Both are terrific.

  • Your skin looks flawless in this video!

  • We can't get it in Europe. sigh :(

  • Gina ~ I love your reviews even though they have cost me a lot of money! When I see you so excited about a product, it makes me want to try it too. I am definitiely going to try the powder. I love the MUFE HD powder but I am curious about the Bye Bye Pores. Have you tried photographing it on your face to see if there is a white cast like people were talking about with the MUFE HD? Thanks! Kisses~~Karen

  • Gina you face looks awesome today, very soft looking. Can't wait to hear how it photographs.

  • Was wondering can you put this powder over a mac mineralized skinfinish powder? Or is it better to just put it over your foundation as is?

  • Hi Gina, i've seen this on Sandy's video but thought the same thing you did. I will for sure have to try this. Your videos are amazing. You explain things so good. :D

  • Love Sandy, I really need to try IT cosmetics..I'm sold!

  • Awesome review and comparison!!! Thanks so much

  • your skin looks the best i've ever seen it. Can it really be used on dry skin without caking up like silica powder can?

  • They have this on qvc. The demos are pretty good.

  • I really like the lighting in this video. You look lovely!

  • Great review thank you!

  • I'm putting it on my list!!! How cool!!! I love it when you get really excited about something. Gives me another product to look into that I otherwise would have never discovered. So a huge THANKS! Did you get ahold of the 8 color Icon palettes yet? Had another blizzard here so no going to town for me to check :((

  • @ChristasWorld no!! I checked my walgreens and nothing! My walmart doesn't carry WNW.. ahh!!

  • @ginabinawina99 I don't think Walmart carries WNW anymore. At least mine don't. I have those 8 color palettes at my Walgreens tho.

  • Great review -- have you by any chance done a flash photography test with this HD Powder to see if it has the white flash issue?

  • does this powder cling to dry patches?

  • Gina-

do you think this powder works on dry skin? also i have super super dark circles will the bye bye concealer work on them?

  • Hi Gina.. have you tried photographing the powder with flash? I hope it's not as bad as the MUFE HD powder flash back..

  • @LJ858 yep!! I am going to right now, actually. it's not 100% silica, so I have high hopes for it.

  • @ginabinawina99 thanks girl.. I love you but I'm $24 bucks poorer today.. what's wrong with me? I didn't even wait for the photo review! I also love your Bill-Nye-the-Science-Guy-style when you review products ;)

  • Do you apply this all over or just under your eyes?? Do you think it would work well over an under eye concealer??

  • @leighannsays yes!! It works great! That's the first place I tried it and liked it a LOT. I think it looks even better than powderflage.. blasphemy, right?!

  • how does it photograph?

  • @mintyenn I will be doing a flash test today and adding to my blog where I tested all my other HD powders! I'll let you know when I do and link it in the description bar!! I doubt it'll be bad as it's not 100% silica, but we'll see!

  • U look like a China Doll! That's a compliment, gorgeous skin! Well hot diggty dog, I am going to need that one! Great review!

  • Great review! Thanks...Erica

  • Great review..u look very pretty here :)

  • Gina.........at this point would you recommend Hourglass concealer or It Cosmetics concealer? Want to order this powder and one of the concealers but don't know which way to go! Thanks!

  • @Pinkerbellx2 ahh!! That's a toughie!! I've been wearing the new it concealer the past 3 days and it IS much better and I do like it, BUT ahh!! IF you just have darkness, do the iT cosmetics as it corrects wonderfully. BUT if you have darkness AND slight puffyiness I may have to say hourglass. I love my hourglass because it brightens a lot, too.

  • iT cosmetics has it on their site

  • Holy cats! I love your look today!! What's on you lips, cheeks and on your eyes? LOVE the look.

  • Have you tried Two Faced Primed and Poreless powder? Its pretty awesome too...

  • cool stuff!

  • @GinaHotPants awesome!! I hope you like it!! AHhh!! I emailed my friend sandy literally screaming in caps how I should've listened to her earlier! LoL!

  • never heard of it cosmetics, but i must try this! thanks for your review and i love that you show demos

  • you look different...look great

  • i have ridiculously large pores on my cheeks...do you think this would help with that? i know you said it helped with wrinkles/fine lines, but what about pores? thanks :)

  • @iheartmakeup23 thats what I LOVE about it!! I have pores on each side of my nose (inner cheeks) and this was amazing!! What happened was I was testing it out under my eyes to see if it caked or not, how well it would bond with my concealer and it just really amazed me. SO, I used my small fluffy brush and applied some there and WOW.. talk about diminishing pores. I've been using it every day since just in the t zone. I like to keep everything else more luminous.

  • @iheartmakeup23 also, something that sucks, but is true. Pores appear larger with age. Even when my skin was oily years back, i don't remember my pores being that noticeable in the inner cheeks

  • Best place to order it????? I want to order today!!! Thanks Gina. Ur awesome!!!

  • @Amandygirl2 i know I got my concealer off amazon, so I'd maybe go qvc or hsn? I know both carry iT cosmetics. I'll work on finding some good links!

  • your makeup looks great :) you can really pull off a dark lip, despite your fair skin

  • i love your videos:)

  • love it
