Teeth are important when you are at the point where he is. They seem to hav esome decay which I'm sure is not helping his breath. It is a quick fix that is why people do it all the time. Go to the dentist and viola its done. It is sad when you get to 1:20, but to think that fixing his teeth will not help is just plain crazy. It would help him loads. For his own happiness I hope he fixes them

@OKzs Teeth are important, I am not denying that. The point that I was trying to make is that to focus on the superficiality of his appearance and not look to the deeper cause of his low self esteem is missing the point. Plenty of people spend tens of thousands of dollars a year to change their appearance but never really get down to the root causes of their lack of fulfillment. I am not entirely sure that it would help loads, if he does not address the root cause of his unhappiness.
